Information Security Analyst


As an Information Security Analyst at our company in Herning, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization's sensitive information and data from cyber threats. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to prevent and respond to security breaches. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's network, systems, and data
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious or malicious behavior
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely incident response
- Stay updated on current security trends and threats to ensure the organization's security measures are up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or related field
- Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices for information security management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or QualysGuard
