QA Engineer (Faroe-Islands)


We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in the beautiful Faroe-Islands. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience in QA to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment.
Salary: $1200 per month

Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- ISTQB certification
