Job Title: Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring they retain their cultural and architectural significance.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine preservation needs
- Developing preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful execution of preservation projects
- Conducting research on historical building materials, techniques, and designs
- Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for restoration work
- Supervising the implementation of preservation plans and monitoring progress
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications
- Providing technical expertise on preservation issues to clients and colleagues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restoration architecture, preferably with a focus on historic buildings
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials, techniques, and designs
- Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation projects in Denmark
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
