Part-time Computer Support Specialist
City: Kolding, Denmark


We are a technology company in need of a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Kolding. As a part-time employee, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving any computer or software related issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software or network connectivity
- Install and configure new hardware and software for clients
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use various computer systems and software programs
- Update client records with detailed notes on the issue and solution
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms
- Customer-oriented attitude with good time-management skills

Education/Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred. However, equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Salary: 1400$ per month (part-time)
