We are hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Fonvieille. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, set deadlines, and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to coordinate efforts and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement and growth within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team towards success
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with different levels of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach towards finding solutions
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Valid work visa for Fonvieille (if applicable)
