Job Title: Floral Designer and Arranger

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Malindi. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client requests and current trends
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers using different techniques
- Select appropriate flowers, greenery, and accessories to create visually appealing designs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies by ordering as needed
- Ensure quality control by inspecting all incoming flowers for freshness and cleanliness
- Follow proper care instructions for all flowers to ensure longevity
- Manage the overall appearance of the shop by organizing displays and cleaning work areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and taking orders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a floral designer or in a similar role
- Creative eye for design with knowledge of different flower types, colors, and arrangements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who have a passion for floral design. No English language proficiency is required.
