IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a leader in our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT systems and infrastructure in alignment with company goals
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their productivity
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend new tools or systems that will benefit the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of information technology principles, practices, and tools
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments within the company
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is an onsite position located in Braga, Portugal. Candidates must have their own visa for work authorization.

Experience Required:
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in an IT management role.

Accommodation:
This is not an accommodation-included position. Candidates must already reside in or be willing to relocate to Braga.

We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Portugal.
