Job Title: Contract Information Technology Manager - Braga, Portugal

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and strategy for our company. As an IT Manager, you will need to possess strong leadership and technical expertise in order to effectively manage our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and make necessary upgrades to ensure optimal functioning
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and technology services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Braga, Portugal (candidates from all nationalities are welcome)
