We are hiring a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading complex architectural projects and collaborating with our team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for buildings and structures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction aligns with the approved plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects from concept to completion
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferences:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with Portuguese building codes
- Fluency in Portuguese

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it.
