Senior Architect - Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. As a Senior Architect, you will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant programs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent communication and time-management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who do not reside in Faro.
