We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring that all projects meet building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation in Faro.

As a Senior Architect, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating detailed architectural plans for new construction or renovation projects
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Reviewing building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal is preferred but not required
