Job Title: IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to lead our team in Copenhagen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring data security and backup procedures are in place, and providing technical support to all employees.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, computer hardware and software systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain hardware and software systems to meet the company's needs
- Ensure data security measures are in place to protect company information
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for all systems
- Provide technical support to all employees on hardware, software, network issues
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Manage IT budget effectively
