Sales Manager - Os, Biometric Passport
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os, working on the sales and distribution of biometric passports. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving the overall sales strategy for our biometric passport products. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and partners to maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Train sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role within the biometrics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of biometric technology is preferred but not required
- Ability to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
