Our busy and highly rated restaurant in Vejle is seeking a talented and experienced part-time Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Manage food purchasing and inventory to ensure budgetary goals are met
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality and standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or specials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Adhere to cost control measures while maintaining high-quality ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff members, management, and customers
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items or specials based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position. As an employee at our restaurant in Vejle, you will also receive a free visa and ticket. While accommodation is not provided for this position, we would be happy to assist you in finding suitable housing options.
