Fitness Instructor

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals. You will conduct assessments and provide guidance on proper form and technique during workouts. You will also lead group classes and provide motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey. This contract job is open to candidates without experience, as training will be provided. Accommodation is included for the duration of the contract. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who are passionate about health and fitness. Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client consultations and assessments to determine individual fitness goals
- Create personalized exercise plans based on client's goals, abilities, and limitations
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety precautions during workouts
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, HIIT, or strength training
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements in fitness techniques

Requirements:
- Passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to create personalized exercise plans based on individual needs
- Knowledge of proper form, technique, and safety precautions during workouts
- Ability to lead group fitness classes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
- Must be able to relocate to Faroe Islands for the duration of the contract

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract in a shared living space with other employees.
