Part-time Administrator in Randers



We are seeking a part-time administrator to join our team in Randers. As an administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our company. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for a flexible work schedule, as the position is part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet and assist visitors
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Randers, Denmark. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.
