Technical Support Specialist


We are in search of a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of all support requests. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer systems and networks. This is an urgent position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for non-Copenhagen residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Document all support requests accurately
- Install, upgrade or replace hardware and software as needed
- Conduct network maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical support role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networking and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1300$ per month
