Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Identify potential clients, conduct market research and create targeted marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer preferences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
