English Language Teacher

We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic English Language Teacher to join our team in Roskilde. As a Language Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and levels. Your main duties will include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cover all aspects of the English language (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages active participation from all students
- Monitor student behavior and maintain classroom discipline
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns or challenges that arise
- Stay up-to-date with developments in language teaching methods and incorporate new techniques into lesson plans as needed

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1500$ per month, based on qualifications and experience. This position does not come with accommodation, but we are happy to assist with finding suitable housing options. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
