Entry-level Locksmith - Svalbard


We are looking for an entry-level locksmith to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for providing locksmith services to our clients, including key cutting, lock repairs and installations, and emergency lockouts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$.

No previous experience is required for this role, making it a great opportunity for students or those looking to start their career in the locksmith profession. We will provide training and support to help you develop the necessary skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Cut keys for clients using key cutting machines
- Repair and replace locks on doors, windows, safes, and other locking mechanisms
- Install new locks according to client needs
- Respond to emergency lockout situations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of locks and security systems
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
- Must be legally eligible to work in Svalbard
