Job Title: Facade Technician
City: Monte-Carlo, Monaco

We are in search of a highly skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades, including cleaning, painting, and repairing damages
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building facades and make necessary repairs
- Work with a variety of materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing facades
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation of facades during new construction projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on building facades

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This position is based in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.
