Architecture Manager
As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in our Esbjerg office. You will lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Review project plans and designs to ensure they meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes/regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes/regulations, and construction methods/materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Attention to detail with strong project management skills

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
