Architecture Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality and innovative architectural designs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for each project.
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and schematics.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve design processes.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. We offer a dynamic work environment where creativity is encouraged and growth opportunities are available. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in Denmark.
