Temporary Concierge in Oslo, Norway

Our hotel in Oslo, Norway is seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team on a short-term basis. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or inquiries they may have during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in the city
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month

This is a temporary position without accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and roundtrip ticket for non-Norwegian nationals.
