Restaurant Manager (Contract)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Randers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. You will also be in charge of managing and training staff, creating work schedules, and monitoring inventory and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and sanitation
- Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Create work schedules that meet the needs of both the restaurant and its employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1200 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Randers.
