Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights to inform business decisions. Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools
- Develop data models and visualizations to communicate insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Continuously improve data collection processes and data quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
