Entry-Level Instrument Technician

We are a leading engineering company based in Oslo, seeking an Entry-Level Instrument Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments used in industrial processes. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must have completed a relevant technical or vocational course in instrumentation or electronics
- Previous experience as an instrument technician is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with various types of instruments and their functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, test, and maintain various instruments used in industrial processes such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with instruments or control systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance of instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times during installation and maintenance activities
