As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and provide solutions to optimize efficiency
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for support services
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies that can improve business operations
- Manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, database management, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

Location:
This position is based in Horsens but may require occasional travel to other locations.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation options.
