IT Manager - Horsens, Denmark


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to provide technical support and maintain our company's systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our network
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve our company's overall operations
- Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and other technology equipment
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our company's IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or in a leadership position within an IT department
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global organization
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST

Salary:
