Job Title: Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Herning. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure project designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Review project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement solutions to mitigate them
- Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1500$ (based on experience)

Location: Herning (remote work may be considered)
