Loader Operator

Our construction company in Vejle is seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks, perform site preparation, and assist with various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating a loader in a construction or similar environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader safely and efficiently to load materials onto trucks at construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate with team members to coordinate loading tasks
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Assist with other tasks on the job site as needed
