Entry Level Barista

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Entry Level Barista to join our team in Aarhus. As an entry level position, no prior experience is required, however, a strong interest in coffee and customer service is a must! You will be trained on how to make quality coffee drinks and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Learn how to operate coffee machines and equipment
- Grind and brew coffee beans according to specified recipes
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
