Part-Time Carpenter (Aarhus, Denmark)

We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a part-time basis in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures made of wood, including building frameworks, partitions, floors, and other wooden structures. The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry experience and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim and hardware
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Excellent understanding of woodworking machines and tools
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and long hours standing
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience working with limited supervision
- Experience with both rough framing and finish carpentry
- Ability to communicate in Danish
Salary: 1100$ per month (based on experience)
