Office Manager

Our busy office is in need of an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for overseeing and training other office staff as needed. This position requires a proactive problem solver who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in an administrative role and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month in the city of Roskilde. This position does not include accommodation and preference will be given to male candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office
- Coordinate schedules and meetings
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Train new office staff as needed
- Handle any issues or complaints that may arise
- Ensure all company policies are followed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
