Online Consultant
We are hiring an experienced and driven Online Consultant to join our team in Kolding. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide product recommendations and troubleshoot any issues or inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using various online platforms
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation, as this position does not provide them.
