We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, producing detailed maps and reports, and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. This role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys using various surveying equipment
- Analyze data to produce accurate measurements and reports
- Create detailed maps using surveying software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate information for project planning
- Ensure that all measurements comply with local regulations and standards
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
- Provide guidance to junior team members on surveying techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of local regulations and standards for land surveys
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid work visa (for non-nationals)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.
