Indian Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Mecca. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and preparing a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing new menu items to attract customers
- Collaborating with management to plan for special events or promotions
- Training new employees on recipes, techniques, and kitchen procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Chef
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month
