Our growing company in Al-Khor is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Coach to join our team. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with individuals and businesses to identify areas for improvement
- Develop personalized coaching plans to help clients reach their goals
- Provide guidance on business strategies, marketing techniques, financial management, and other relevant topics
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and feedback to clients
- Assist clients in setting realistic goals and creating action plans to achieve them
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business coaching
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a business coach or consultant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of various industries
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience working with diverse clients from different backgrounds
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indian languages is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Al-Khor, Qatar
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
