Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery used in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and saws according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with machine tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have valid own visa or ability to obtain one for employment
