We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints to understand machine specifications and tolerances
- Set up machines according to given instructions and blueprints
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any potential issues
- Make necessary adjustments to machines to improve efficiency and quality of output
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production process
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production levels and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of various types of machinery and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
