Babysitter for Filipino Family in Sharjah

Our family is seeking a caring and responsible babysitter to provide child care for our two young children (ages 1 and 4). The ideal candidate will be a Filipino national with experience caring for young children. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks according to the children's dietary needs
- Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote the children's physical, social, and emotional development
- Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed
- Follow the family's rules and routines for discipline and daily schedules
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress, behavior, and any concerns

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a babysitter or nanny for young children
- Fluent in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Reliable, responsible, patient, and trustworthy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be physically fit to keep up with active young children
