Restaurant Manager - Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked restaurant
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and served in a timely manner
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Manage budgets and analyze financial reports to increase profitability
- Collaborate with other managers to develop new menu items and marketing strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification is preferred
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desired

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. This is a full-time position that requires at least 12 years of education.
