Indian Attorney in Al-Khor


We are currently hiring for an Indian Attorney to join our legal team in Al-Khor. As an attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters. You will work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters
- Conduct research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and mediations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop strategies for cases
- Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and other parties involved in a case
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Admission to the bar in India (or willingness to obtain admission)
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law in India or a similar common law jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Khor.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday.
