Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for building projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for building projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD or Revit to produce accurate drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week. This opportunity is open to both Canadians and foreigners. While proficiency in English is preferred, it is not a strict requirement as long as the candidate can effectively communicate technical information. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
