We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Mecca. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, as well as managing inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have own visa or residency permit in Mecca

Salary:
Starting salary is $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Experience Requirement:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.

Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent (for graduates)
