As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and structures that meet the needs of our clients in Clairvaux. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that align with our clients' goals and budget.

Your main duties will include conducting site visits, gathering project requirements, developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing construction progress. You should be proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD and have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as an architect in a commercial setting. A degree in Architecture or a related field is also required. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

This position offers a salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. It is open to Egyptian and Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position but part-time opportunities may be available for those who are currently studying or have other commitments.
