Job Title: Commercial Architect - Clairvaux, India



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for their commercial space
- Create detailed plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in India
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1200$
Location: Clairvaux, India
