Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays; develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers, and approving payments.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, plans, permits, change orders, etc.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to specifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project coordination or management.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Abu Dhabi (Indian candidates preferred)

This is a full-time position. However, we also welcome part-time candidates who can commit at least 20 hours per week.
