Inventory Manager
We are hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and identifying any discrepancies or issues. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory management and implement strategies to optimize inventory processes. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of inventory management including monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and implementing efficient processes.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods and accurate stock levels.
- Analyze data on stock movements and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to optimize inventory processes and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor staff on proper inventory procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventories and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Monitor trends in consumer demand to anticipate future inventory needs.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations in the storage and handling of inventory.
