Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of masons in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of masonry work and be able to lead and train a team of workers. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to effectively coordinate with other teams on the job site.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, including assigning tasks and providing guidance on techniques and safety procedures
- Oversee all aspects of masonry work, including laying bricks, stones, and other materials, mixing mortar, and building structures
- Train new workers in proper techniques for masonry work
- Coordinate with other teams on the job site to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Inspect completed work for quality control and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times
- Order necessary materials for projects and maintain inventory levels

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or similar role
- Knowledge of various masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1400 per month
